At ExcellentPLC, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All included accessories, manuals, and labels are intact

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns are authorized by our support team before shipping

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Customized or configured products

  • Software licenses or digital products

  • Products labeled as Clearance, Final Sale, or Non-Returnable

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or operation


2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or documentation (if applicable)

  2. Wait for our team to review the request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided with the RMA.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, damaged during shipping), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, purchased the wrong model), the customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping fees

    • Any applicable customs duties or taxes


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Refund amounts may be adjusted under the following circumstances:

  • Missing accessories or packaging

  • Signs of use or installation

  • Damage caused by customers

  • Restocking fee (if applicable for certain electronic or industrial items)

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered if the requested item is in stock. If it is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not functioning, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange either:

  • Replacement

  • Return label + full refund

  • Parts support (if applicable)


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping without penalty.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation will be treated as a standard return (see Sections 1–4).
