Product Introduction

The Allen-Bradley 1771-RTP4 Remote Termination Panel is a compact interface module designed for the Allen-Bradley 1771 PLC-5 I/O System. It provides a convenient means to connect remote I/O devices to the PLC rack via standardized cabling, allowing centralized control and flexible wiring layouts.

The RTP4 panel features 38 screw terminals for field wiring, along with dual 25-pin D-sub connectors (2 male and 2 female) for connection to the PLC or other remote panels. It supports the use of 1771-PSCC remote cables and includes a wiring arm accessory (1771-WF) to organize connections neatly. The module incorporates a 3 A, 250 V normal-blow fuse for protection and operates across a frequency range of 47–63 Hz.
