Product Introduction
The ProSoft MVI69-PDPMV1 is a PROFIBUS DP V1 Master Communication Module designed for Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and MicroLogix platforms. It enables these controllers to act as a Master or Slave on PROFIBUS networks, providing seamless communication with PROFIBUS-compatible devices.
Equipped with 1 RS-232 Serial Configuration Port (CONFIG) and 1 RS-485 Interface Port, the module functions as an input/output interface between the PROFIBUS network and the controller. It fully supports Master specifications according to IEC 61158, enabling reliable industrial networking and deterministic data exchange.
